Paperwork-only marriage services require full payment at booking unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a 48-hour cooling-off period with full refund available. Witness services are non-refundable once booked.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. Our prices include GST where applicable and the optional add-ons are only charged if you choose them.
Do you charge travel fees?
Travel fees may apply for locations outside our standard Canberra service area. We provide a quote before you confirm.
Is the official marriage certificate included?
No. The official certificate is issued by Access Canberra after the marriage has been registered, and government fees can change over time.
